Who we are
This site is operated by Hepworth Digital Ltd, company number 16194921, registered in England and Wales, trading as Wirral Driveways. For data protection purposes Hepworth Digital Ltd is the data controller.
You can reach us at contact@wirraldriveways.com or on 0151 453 8836.
What we collect, and why
If you fill in the enquiry form we collect the name, contact details, postcode and job description you give us, plus any photograph you choose to attach. We use them to answer your enquiry and to quote for the work.
The lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us for a price.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept while they might still be live, and then deleted. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we need them for tax and for any question that might come back about the work.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored in our own customer system and is emailed to us. Where a job is carried out by a subcontractor, they are given what they need to do the work and nothing else. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anybody for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to contact@wirraldriveways.com and we will deal with it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
